The cinema projectors work best after dusk or in a darkened room.
For outdoor cinemas
If the weather is bad or it rains, the electrical equipment will need to be taken inside or placed under cover. The outdoor screens are waterproof but cannot be used in high winds. If high winds are forecast on the day of your booking, your deposit will be transferrable or we can set up the indoor cinema. If you are worried about the weather, we can provide our fairy lit premium gazebo for an additional cost.
Any cancellations 7 days prior to the hire date can be fully refunded. Cancellations of 6 days or less before the event cannot be refunded.
Due to film licencing laws you need to supply your own content. We will supply you a 4K Blue Ray Player which has USB and smart function capabilities to sign into your Netflix account. Our projectors also has a USB and HDMI slot to plug in your own devise including: game console, firestick, Sky Q, Apple TV etc.
If you are using a device which requires internet please ensure you check your WIFI works where the cinema will be used. If you are worried about this we can supply mobile broadband for an additional cost (subject to sufficient signal in your area).
You will be given full instructions on how to use the equipment – it is very easy to use though.
We have public liability insurance and all equipment is tested. Certificates and risk assessments are available upon request.
We are PPE compliant. All surfaces and equipment are disinfected before our staff leave.
For the inflatable 20ft inflatable screen your garden will need to be at least 6.5m wide and a length of 7m. The projector will be placed 4 metres from the screen at floor level.
For the 10ft screen the dimensions of the frame is 110.6” High x 89” wide
Booking with us
All our packages require a separate £50 security deposit which is returned on safe collection of the equipment. This is payable upon booking.
Currently we are only offering hire within Kent. Delivery and set up is free within the CT postcode area – there is an additional fee for delivery outside of this area. When submitting your booking enquiry please state your location so that we can quote appropriately.
